We’re delighted to announce that Joe has successfully completed his Level 3 Information Communication Technician apprenticeship. His achievement is the result of more than a year of dedication, learning, and hands-on experience.
The apprenticeship programme that Joe completed focuses on building a solid understanding of IT infrastructure and support, offering real-world skills and in-depth knowledge across key areas. This apprenticeship extends beyond technical skills, requiring excellent teamwork, efficient time management, and a problem-solving approach. Joe has excelled in all these areas, demonstrating his commitment and growing expertise.
Reflecting on his journey, Joe shared his thoughts:
